Tech Faciliated Elections in Naija?

Apparently it obvious that Naija’s elections in the coming weeks will be technologically powered. What cannot be deduced now is the impact of these technological platforms will have. Nonetheless, it is certain this elections will not be like others in the past.

In this post, a colleague, Ndesanjo Macha, Global Voices Regional Editor for Sub-Saharan Africa, asks if  Technology will Impact 2011 Elections in Nigeria?
